Returns, Refunds & Exchange Policy:

Because all our products are custom-printed to order, we generally cannot accept returns or refunds unless there’s a mistake or defect caused by us.

You can request a replacement or refund if:

The wrong product or size was delivered

The print or garment is defective or damaged

The design you received does not match what you approved


You cannot request a refund if:

You changed your mind about the design, colour, or size after production

You supplied a low-quality or incorrect image/design file


How to request a replacement/refund:

Email: [email protected] within 7 days of receiving your order

Include your order number and clear photos of the issue

We’ll review and respond within 48 hours


If approved, we’ll offer a replacement or refund (excluding shipping fees).
